PARKCITY RUN 2014 23/11/2014

23/11/14 is my last day in year 2014 we run.. but this time our buddies was adding 2 person. They're Dell and Radin. they was husband and wife. I'm happy while i'm walking in my running i saw first aider crew from my office Kak Oly, Abg Wan & Faizul. They're frightened to see me in my runnNig costume. Hurm this running dun have any challenge coz i make just for fun.. And happy to receive my medal even i'm from what number at the finish line but i'm not the last number reach the finish line. But the certificate is too beauty. i can know i'm at what number when i'm crossing the finish line :) ok normally i'm at finish line for 5km is 1 hour but now jus 57minutes and just 3 minutes will find me at 1 hour. He he he i will workout and exercise to make my stamina and my healthy good too.

27/11/2014 i had register for my 2015 6 km 100 plus at Putrajaya January 2015.. good luck for myself . Before i'm so sad coz can't join cub prix at my office but now i'm not ever sad yet because i'm fulfill my free hour jogging with my niece. i hope i will health and still health.  Love my running time even before this i'm afraid to jogging because i cant walk and run faster due to my body become fat.. now my body fat too but i make an exercise hope it will burnt my kg.. i hope so.. and thank you for the -ve comment and for mulut longkang yang cakap saya ni tak kurus walaupun dah masuk aktiviti berlari ni. Memang saya tak kurus tapi sekurang2nya saya sihat dan tak punya penyakit serius. Saya gembira sertainya dulu nak jogging sikit pun tak larat tapi sekarang walaupun 5km jer dah cukup buat saya, Alhamdulilah setakat ni saya berjaya dengan 4 acara larian ni , nasib baik saya tak tercedera masa berlari dan berjaya bawa balik medal wp saya bukan no yang pertama. i'm so happy :)

frivolous things that make me smile again :)

Today i'm so happy.. the egos person that make me angry make me smile ha ha ha.. so funny.. he is so ego n sumtimes make me smile but otherwise make me angry too.. Nevermind who is he but now i can figure out the changes about him :) tq coz make me smile again. Sumtimes i'm the weirdo too.. even someone just to say gud morning n gud night to me i feel so happy not because they're someone speacial but they chosed me to wish that moment :D so i feel so special for that day.. someone that really cheer me up really make me smile :) i like to be friend with others that can share something to me not for advantages but to share sad and happy things with me ;)
